STAMIMAX Mg 375 GEL is an energy gel fortified with 375 mg of magnesium in the form of bisglycinate with very high bioavailability. It is designed for all athletes who require magnesium supplementation for proper muscle function. In addition to magnesium itself, the gel is enriched with electrolytes sodium and potassium and also serves to replenish carbohydrates. The carbohydrate composition is chosen so that, thanks to the combination of maltodextrins and palatinose used, the gel is also suitable for consumption outside of direct sports performance, as it will not cause a rapid increase in blood sugar levels or subsequent hormonal fluctuations.|
