Effervescent tablets that dissolve easily in plain water. Vitamin C (200 mg) and iron (2.5 mg) are known to contribute to the maintenance of normal immune system function during and after intense physical exercise.
Recommended dosage: Add one tablet (4.3 g) to 500 ml of water and let it dissolve,
then drink within 24 hours. The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.
Storage: Store in a dry and dark place at room temperature. Keep out of reach
of small children. Protect from direct sunlight.
