NUTREND GLUTAMINE food supplement

Pure L-glutamine in instant form. L-glutamine is one of the most abundant amino acids in skeletal muscle. The intake of quality proteins with an optimal amino acid spectrum contributes to muscle growth, especially after strenuous physical activity.



Recommended dosage:

  • Training days: the basic daily dose is 5 g after training. Another 5 g dose can be included in the evening before sleep.
  • Non-training days: you can take a break or continue with regular dosing of 5 g twice a day. Use the last dose in the evening before sleep.
  • The established recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.
Use:

One level scoop = approx. 5 g. According to the recommended dosage, measure and mix with a sports drink.

Food supplement suitable mainly for athletes. Not intended for children, pregnant and breastfeeding women. It must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
