Recommended dosage: For body weight up to 75 kg and for sensitive athletes, dissolve a dose of 8.5 g in 150 ml of water. For body weight over 75 kg or high training intensity, dissolve a dose of 17 g in 300 ml of water. Consume 30 minutes before training. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
