It is an exceptionally stable, highly soluble form of creatine that is resistant to the acidic environment of the digestive system. It significantly affects the production of ATP as a source of immediate energy for the muscle. This creatine salt does not retain water like creatine monohydrate, and it does not contain water molecules.
