Electrolytes are salts that conduct electricity in the body. They are present in body fluids and tissues. In the body, they must be balanced in the correct ratio to maintain the correct function of individual systems. Electrolytes are important for the nervous system, heart, and muscles, maintaining tension in cell membranes and conducting electrical impulses—muscle contractions—to other cells. They regulate the water balance on both sides of the cell membrane. In connection with motor activity, there are significant transfers between cells and extracellular fluid.
Dehydration causes the kidneys to stop excreting fluid in an attempt to prevent further fluid loss. This causes an electrolyte imbalance that leads to metabolic acidosis, a condition in which the pH of body fluids is too low. Acidosis causes rapid breathing, lethargy and confusion, which can lead to weakness and muscle cramps. We recommend taking it during physical activity, suitable for recreational and active athletes.

Composition: Sodium citrate, potassium citrate, calcium citrate, magnesium citrate.

Use and dosage: Recommended daily dose: 1 g of powder should be mixed in a liquid, suitable for use during physical exercise or after exercise.
Warning: The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. It is not intended for children under 12 years of age, pregnant and lactating women. The product must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store out of reach of children, in a dry and dark place, at a temperature of up to 25°C.
