Recommended use:
Dissolve 50 g of the preparation (about 5 tablespoons) in 500 or 750 ml of water and drink 150-200 ml of the drink every 15 minutes during the performance or 200-300 ml an hour before the performance.
Do not forget that your body can receive, depending on the intensity and duration of the performance, max. 90 g of carbohydrates per hour. One serving contains 41.5 g of carbohydrates.
