Born Watts and Minerals tablets contain electrolytes such as sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium and chloride, which are an integral part of the proper functioning of the human body and to maintain high sports performance.
The most important electrolyte contained is sodium, which promotes natural hydration. It helps to stimulate thirst and increases the body's appetite for fluids. The concentration of sodium in the blood usually begins to decrease after more than two hours of exercise. For athletes who drink only clean water, the low concentration of sodium in the bloodstream causes fatigue, loss of concentration and strength.
Use: we recommend dissolving the tablet in 500 ml of water.
