Lieskovka is an excellent combination of the delicious taste of hazelnuts and high-quality cocoa. Suitable for pancakes, cakes, porridges, puddings or just when you have a sweet tooth. Contains nutrients, without added preservatives, artificial colors. Contains palatinosis.
Hazelnut paste: contains quality nutrients. By consuming hazelnuts, you support the formation of red blood cells, support immunity, the growth of muscle mass and improve your digestion.
Hazelnuts contain: iron, zinc, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, manganese, selenium, copper, magnesium, calcium,
omega 3, omega 6 acids, vitamins A, B, C, E, K, lutein, beta-carotene, folic acid, pantothenic acid.
Defatted cocoa is high-quality cocoa that is defatted to a fat value of 11%, has a high fiber content of 34%, protein 19.7% and a minimum carbohydrate content of 10.5%, of which only 0.5% sugars.
It is characterized by a distinct chocolate flavor compared to other cocoas on the market.
There is no need to add chocolate flavoring, which increases the quality of the product.
Isomaltulose (PalatinoseTM) is a disaccharide, a natural component of honey and sugar cane.
It enables a long-term supply of energy for the body, does not cause sharp rises and falls in the level of glucose and insulin.
A great sweetener for diabetics, it has a low glycemic index (GI=32).
By using isomaltulose as a sweetener, you prevent the formation of tartar and plaque, it lowers the pH in the oral cavity.
