Glutamine is a non-essential amino acid, which means that the human body can produce (synthesize) it itself. It is formed by the metabolic transformation of glutamic acid. It is an important part of proteins, especially muscle proteins, in which it represents up to 60% of all amino acids.

Purpose: Suitable for increased physical performance. Glutamine is the most represented amino acid in muscle cells - up to 60%. Its high consumption occurs during physical and mental exertion. It is used for the construction of white blood cells and is therefore necessary for the immune system and regeneration. It increases the level of growth hormone and the growth of muscle mass. It increases glycogen reserves, thus ensuring the protection of muscle proteins. It contributes to the absorption of nutrients from food. The natural sweetener Stevia was used in this product. Sweet stevia extract is suitable as a complete substitute for beet sugar. It has zero calories and zero glycemic index.

Ingredients: flavor (blueberry): BCAA 4:1:1 instant: L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine (emulsifier: soy lecithin), citric acid (E330), natural aroma, silicon dioxide (E551), sweetener sucralose (E955). 
Use and dosage: The highest daily dose is 5g. When used on an empty stomach at least half an hour before a meal, the product can induce hypoglycemia - increased production of insulin. The most suitable time of use is in the morning before meals or at the end of physical exertion or stress. To replenish branched-chain amino acids without the need for insulin production, the preparation can be used at any time during the day, after a meal.

Warning: It is not intended for children, pregnant and lactating women, people without increased physical or mental stress, caution is necessary for people with a tendency to hypoglycemia or with limited carbohydrate intake, especially with higher doses. The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. The product must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Alergén: sója

Storage: Store out of the reach of children and sunlight, in a dry place and at a temperature of up to 25 °C. Close the package immediately after taking the necessary amount. Storage in the cold and dark prolongs the shelf life of the product.
