Recommended dosage: one serving = 70 g (2.5x measuring cup) per 450 ml of water.
* Before training:
To achieve the maximum effect, we recommend consuming one serving (70 g) about 60 - 90 minutes before training, depending on the daily intake of nutrients.
* After training:
You can consume a dose (70 g) of COMPRESS BIG already during the stretching phase of your training (in the so-called carbohydrate window).
Use: one measuring cup represents 28 g. Measure the recommended dose with the included measuring cup and mix properly in water (due to the high concentration of active substances, a longer mixing time is required!). The dilution ratio is 70 g per 450 ml of water. Once opened, store below 25 ° C and use within 2 months.
