Use and dosage: The preparation can be dosed 25 g in the morning on an empty stomach or 25 g immediately after training. The recommended daily dose is mixed in approximately 1.5 dcl of water. Use in milk is not recommended, as it changes the nature of the product and its absorbability.

Storage: Store out of the reach of children and sunlight, in a dry place and at a temperature of up to 25 °C. Close the package immediately after taking the necessary amount. Cold and dark storage extends the product's shelf life.
