It contains a high percentage of soy proteins - 90% protein isolate, from which fat and carbohydrates have been removed to minimum values ​​during production. Soy protein is a complete protein, it contains a complete representation of essential amino acids. Its amino spectrum is identical to other legumes. Soy proteins contain metabolic substances such as enzymes, trypsin inhibitors, papain, protease, etc. Soy protein is suitable for diets as it binds water and forms a cream. This helps saturate the digestive system. By using it, it is possible to reduce daily caloric intake without feeling hungry and at the same time to supplement proteins. Suitable for vegetarians and people with lactose intolerance. It is made from soybeans that are not genetically modified.
