Whey 80 premium is a whey protein concentrate, which is among the most frequently used and most popular proteins in sports nutrition. It is produced using ultrafiltration, which guarantees its high biological value. Suitable for increasing physical performance, it is designed to gain pure muscle mass without unnecessary fat. It is rich in branched-chain amino acids BCAA, which are important for muscle growth, because they start the process of protein synthesis and supply building blocks to muscle fibers. By using it, you improve the regeneration processes and the body's immunity. It is quickly digestible and does not burden the stomach. The protein is undenatured, that is, it is filtered at a low temperature. Ultrafiltration was used in the production process. Depending on the composition, you can choose a product in an unflavored form or one that contains the sweetener glycosides, steviol or sucralose.

1) It has a high proportion of proteins (76-80% depending on the flavor), which come from the highest quality whey.
2) It contains all essential amino acids, i.e. amino acids that the human body cannot produce (or, in other words, "synthesize") on its own, and we must receive them exclusively through food or nutritional supplements. Essential amino acids represent up to 60% of the total content of whey protein.
3) It has a high proportion of branched, so-called BCAA amino acids (valine, leucine and isoleucine), which start the process of muscle protein synthesis and speed up regeneration after hard training.
4) It is a very good source of sulfur amino acids (cysteine and methionine), which help to stabilize the level of antioxidants in the body ensuring the protection of DNA from harmful free radicals.
5) It has a high content of amino acids arginine and lysine, which are involved in the stimulation of growth hormone. Growth hormone supports the growth of muscle mass and the reduction of body fat.
6) The higher content of the amino acid glutamine helps to replenish energy reserves in the muscles and liver in the form of glycogen and at the same time supports the body's overall immune reactions.
7) Last but not least, it is also a source of calcium, which protects bones from thinning.
8) It does not contain any preservatives, thickeners and, apart from sucralose, any other artificial sweeteners that reduce its quality. Thanks to this, it is very easy to digest, does not burden the stomach and does not cause any digestive problems.
9) It is non-denatured, which means that ultrafiltration at a low temperature was used during the production process, and thus the protein retains its natural biological value and its biological properties do not change.
10) It is in powder form, yet it is very soluble (even in cold water).

Use and dosage: The preparation can be dosed in 25g in the morning on an empty stomach or 25g immediately after training. The recommended daily dose is mixed in approximately 1.5 dcl of water. Use in milk is not recommended, as it changes the nature of the product and its absorbability.
