RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:
Athletes up to 80 kg: 1-2 doses on the day of training

Maximum 3 doses per day, best taken between meals, 1 hour after training or 1 hour before bedtime
PREPARATION:
Mix 2 scoops of powder (30 g) in 250 ml of pure water or low-fat milk and drink.
COMPOSITION:
Base: whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, L-glutamine, mixture of amino acids (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine), taurine, guar gum, xanthan, sweetener: aspartame, salt, vitamins: ascorbic acid (C ), niacin (nicotinamide), DL-α-tocopheryl acetate (E), acid pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), pyridoxine (pyridoxine hydrochloride), riboflavin (B2), thiamine hydrochloride (B1), acid. folic (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), biotin (D-biotin), cyanocobalamin (B12); enzymes.

Chocolate: base + cocoa powder 22%, aromas: chocolate
Vanilla: base + vanilla aroma with vanilla pods, plant extract from Carthamus tinctorius
Banana: base + banana fruit powder, colorant: vegetable extract from dyeing yellow (Cartamus tinctorius), aromas: banana and vanilla with vanilla pods
Strawberry: base + strawberry powder, natural coloring: betalain red, aromas: strawberry and vanilla with vanilla pods
WARNING:
