Recommended dosage: Mix a dose of 65 g (approx. 3 slightly increased measuring cups) with 60 ml of water and mix until a smooth dough is formed. The daily dose should not exceed 65 g = approx. 3 muffins (according to the size of the molds).
Use: Pour the prepared dough into a muffin baking tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 12 minutes. Baking time and temperature depend on the type of mold and the properties of the oven. Allow the muffins to cool after removing from the oven. Once opened, use within 2 months.
Warning: Excessive consumption can cause laxative effects. Not suitable for children under 12 years. Protect from heat, frost and humidity.
