The multi-component protein ProteinFit 70 has a high content of animal and vegetable proteins with a quality spectrum of amino acids supporting the growth of lean muscle mass. The night protein is enriched with the essential amino acids BCAA, L-glutamine, a complex of digestive enzymes whose effectiveness is supported by vitamins and minerals. The composition of night protein is optimally balanced with respect to digestion, which has a positive effect on protein drinking before bedtime.
Night protein ProteinFit 70 contains:
- Source of protein - whey, egg, milk, soy
- Complex of digestive enzymes - ensures perfect cleavage and digestion of proteins
- Essentially branched amino acids BCAA - 5.18 g in one dose
- L-glutamine - is the main source of nitrogen for muscle recovery and growth.
- Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B6 - contribute to the right metabolism important for energy production and the proper functioning of the nervous system.
- Vitamin B6 - contributes to the normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen, to the proper functioning of the immune system, and to reduce the rate of exhaustion and fatigue.
- Biotin - contributes to the proper metabolism of macronutrients and the proper function of the psyche. it also helps maintain the health of the skin, mucous membranes and hair.

Recommended dosage:
Take 2 scoops (30 g) of the powder 3 times a day between meals, preferably in the morning 1 hour before and 1 hour after training, or at bedtime.
