LONG PROTEIN is intended: for strength athletes with a requirement to receive quality protein in the evening and at night to build muscle mass for reduction diets, or even ketogenic-diets for vegetarians to supplement the missing nutrients.
Recommended dosage: mix a dose of 40 g in 180 ml of water. Depending on your daily protein needs, eat 1-2 servings a day, between meals. Maximum 2 doses per day.
Usage: 15 g = 1 scoop. Measure and mix in a shaker according to the recommended dosage. Once opened, store below 25 ° C and use within 3 months.
Warning: Flavored soft drink enriched with vitamins, with sweeteners, especially suitable for athletes.
