Product description

Thanks to the share of 50% protein and 38% carbohydrates, ProteinFit 50 will provide its users with a rich source of building materials and energy. It is excellent for all kinds of sports with versatile use. The protein is enriched with anabolic substances such as L-glutamine and BCAA to increase muscle mass, protect muscles, regenerate after strenuous training and replenish energy.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:
For athletes, the dosage is divided according to the desired effect:

To support muscle growth - take 2-3 doses between meals, before training, 1 hour after training or at bedtime on the day of strength training
For overall regeneration and protection of muscle mass - take 1-2 doses daily (1 dose = 3 doses, ie 35 g), daily between meals or at bedtime
Children from 8 to 11 years 1-2 doses daily (1 dose = 1 scoop)
Children from 11 to 18 years of age 2-3 doses per day (1 dose = 1 measuring cup)

THE USE:
1 dose = 3 scoops (35 g) of the powder in 200 ml of water or low-fat milk. Mixing in water will give you a quickly digestible protein drink, mixing in milk will increase the softness and fullness of the taste.

Base: whey protein concentrate, skimmed milk powder, maltodextrin, glucose, L-glutamine, BCAA amino acid mixture (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine), thickeners: guar gum and xanthan, table salt, vitamins: C (acid L-ascorbic acid), niacin (nicotinic acid), E (DL-α-tocopheryl acetate), pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), B2 (riboflavin), B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), B12 ( cyanocobalamin), folic acid (teroylmonoglutamic acid), biotin (D-biotin); sweetener: aspartame; enzyme complex (papain, amylase, protease, lactase, lipase, cellulase, bromelain).
