ZMB6 + Ashwagandha is a functional mixture of magnesium, zinc in chelated form, vitamin B6 and high-quality extract from Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) in the form of capsules. Thanks to the substances it contains, this mixture has a number of positive effects on the body and contributes to maintaining a normal level of testosterone in the blood. 500 mg of Ashwagandha extract contains 10% of withanolides (37.5 mg in one dose), which are its main component.

THE SUPPLEMENT IS SUITABLE TO BE USED IN PERIODS OF INCREASED STRESS, MENTAL AND PHYSICAL LOAD AND IMPROVES THE QUALITY OF SLEEP:

Ingredients: Aquamin Mg TG (magnesium hydroxide), rice flour, Ashwagandha (Withania Somnifera) extract (10% withanolides), maltodextrin carrier, gelatin capsule, zinc (zinc gluconate), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCL). .

Dosage: Consume 3 capsules about 30 min. before going to bed, drink a sufficient amount of liquid.
