Pre-workout complex supplement, designed for high-intensity exercise or endurance sports.
Ingredients: Beta alanine, Inosine, rice flour, gelatin capsule, Aquamin Mg - natural form of magnesium hydroxide, L-Histidine HCL, acid. L-ascorbic, anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate)

Dosage: Consume the recommended daily dose of 5 capsules in 30 minutes. before training, on a day off after a meal, drink a sufficient amount of liquid.
