StillMass Organic Maca Powder

Maca is a plant grown in Peru, its usable part is the root, which is processed into a powder. It contains proteins, mainly in the form of polypeptides and amino acids, carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, C and E, minerals calcium, iron, zinc, magnesium and glucosinolates. Maca has a beneficial effect on the normalization of the functions of the nervous system, on the proper function of muscles and for healthy bones. It has the ability to balance the hormonal level, stimulate the production of sex hormones. In Peru, Maca root is commonly given to children for the proper development of the nervous system, for better concentration and memory improvement. Maca is an ideal product for recreational and active athletes who want to increase their endurance and strength. It has a low glycemic index and is safe for diabetics.

Ingredients: powder from the Maca plant (Lepedium meyenii Walp).

Use and dosage: Recommended daily dose for adults 5 g/children 1 g, mix Maca powder with lukewarm water approx. 2 dcl, drink in the morning on an empty stomach for approx. 10 min. before breakfast. Taking Maca on an empty stomach improves faster absorption. Maca powder can also be mixed into some types of food, such as porridge, yogurt, etc. If you have trouble falling asleep, don't use your Mac after 4:00 p.m. By cooking and heating above 43°C, you damage the nutritional value of raw Maca.

Warning: Not intended for children under 3 years of age, pregnant and lactating women. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Take care of sufficient fluid intake. The product is not a full-fledged substitute for a varied diet.
Storage: Store out of the reach of children and sunlight, in a dry place and at a temperature of up to 25°C. Close the package immediately after taking the necessary amount. Cold and dark storage extends the product's shelf life.

No doping – the product does not contain any substance from the List of Prohibited Substances of the World Anti-Doping Code. The product does not contain preservatives, synthetic dyes, or genetically modified raw materials.
