L-carnitine is a natural substance related to vitamins, which significantly participates in the burning of fats in the cell to generate the energy needed for all important life processes, including the activity of muscles and the heart. The main function of L-carnitine in the body is the transport of fatty acids (fat components) to cell organelles (mitochondria), where they are burned to form adenosine triphosphate (ATP), a vital source of energy.
L-carnitine affects the overall condition and readiness of the organism for sports performance of maximum intensity. It supports the burning of fats during exercise and the subsequent reduction of body weight. Furthermore, it stimulates the formation of stored glycogen and the use of branched-chain amino acids as a source of energy for muscle work during endurance exercises.
L-carnitine has the ability to reduce the formation of lactic acid during physical exertion - thereby increasing the ability to withstand the level of the set pace. It also plays an important role in sperm maturation and thus increases male fertility.
Dosage: 1 to 2 tablets per day
Use: long-term
Ingredients: L-carnitine tartrate (99.9 g / 100g), anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide (0.1 g / 100g), gelatin capsule (100% gelatin). 500mg L-carnitine tartrate in 1 capsule.
