Energy gel rich in fast and gradually releasing carbohydrates. It contains BCAA amino acids for the protection of muscle fibers and vitamins. In addition, the overall benefit of the gel is enhanced by the effects of caffeine.

WHEN AND HOW TO USE
DURING performance every 45 minutes for continuous energy replenishment
PREPARATION
We recommend using energy gels as well as energy concentrates in our nutrition strategies and plans during performance. This is nothing new or revolutionary. But how to do it, for example, while riding a bicycle, in order to receive the necessary dose of energy as safely as possible? There are two possible ways, which we will now introduce you to in more detail:
1. consumption of concentrate or gel mixed into a drink
Probably the most optimal and, because of that, also often used, is mixing the concentrate or gel into a bottle of water. This solution is easy to implement, especially on a bicycle, when you can carry two bottles with you - in one you have the ionic drink Enervit G sport, which you drink every 10-15 minutes, in the other, a concentrate or gel dissolved in water, which you consume less often than an ion bottle (after 30-45 minutes).
2. consumption of concentrate or gel in original packaging
In this case, it is advisable to prepare the energy concentrate (Enervitene sport concentrate or Enervitene sport competition) in advance before the start by unscrewing and then screwing back the cap of the concentrate, thereby breaking the fuse for easier handling of the cap during the race.
PRIORITY
Gel for continuous replenishment of energy and BCAA during performance. Thanks to the tear-off cap, the gel can be used safely even while riding a bicycle. A suitable place for the use of gels is the descending profile of the track. Always drink the gel with a drink (for example, Enervit G Sport).
COMPOSITION
Glucose-fructose syrup (43.6%), fructose syrup (26%), maltodextrin (1.6%), thickener: carboxymethyl cellulose, aroma, citric acid, L-alanine (0.32% *), L-leucine ( 0.32% *), preservative: potassium sorbate, L-isoleucine (0.16% *), L-valine (0.16% *), caffeine (0.08% *), mix of vitamins (B1, B2, B6, PP, calcium pantothenate), antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
