Product description

Energy gel rich in fast and gradually releasing carbohydrates. Contains BCAA amino acids to protect muscle fibers and vitamins. In addition, the overall benefit of the gel is enhanced by the effects of caffeine.

WHEN AND HOW TO USE

PREPARATION
We recommend using energy gels as well as energy concentrates in our nutritional strategies and plans during exercise. This is nothing new or revolutionary. But how do you do this, for example, while riding a bike, so that you receive the required amount of energy as safely as possible? There are two possible ways to get to know you better:

1. consuming the concentrate or gel by mixing it into a beverage
Probably the most optimal and therefore often used is to mix a concentrate or gel into a water bottle. This solution is easy to implement, especially on a bicycle, where you can take two bottles with you - in one you have an ionic drink Enervit G sport, which you drink every 10-15 minutes, in the other then a concentrate or gel dissolved in water, which you consume less often than an ionizer (after 30-45 minutes).

2. consumption of concentrate or gel in the original packaging
In this case, it is advisable to prepare the energy concentrate (Enervitene sport concentrate or Enervitene sport competition) in advance before the start by unscrewing and then re-screwing the concentrate lid, thus breaking the fuse for easier handling of the cap during the race.

PREFERENCE
Continuous energy replenishment gel and BCAAs during exercise. Thanks to the tear-off cap, the gel can be used safely even when cycling. A suitable place to use gels is the descending profile of the track. Always drink the gel with a drink (eg Enervit G Sport).

Glucose-fructose syrup (43.6%), fructose syrup (26%), maltodextrin (1.6%), thickener: carboxymethylcelluloses, aroma, citric acid, L-alanine (0.32% *), L-leucine ( 0.32% *), preservative: potassium sorbate, L-isoleucine (0.16% *), L-valine (0.16% *), caffeine (0.08% *), vitamin mix (B1, B2, B6, PP, calcium pantothenate), antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
