Product description

Lightning energy for maximum use of your potential. It contains a special mixture of maltodextrin and fructose, which in the right ratio and quantity will improve the utilization of energy from carbohydrates. They thus contribute to the optimal use of muscle glycogen during sports performance (compared to the same amount of pure glucose only).

WHEN AND HOW TO USE
- the onset of effect is within 5 minutes, the duration of effect is 30 minutes
- we recommend taking it at the end of the race, in case of a crisis or before a difficult section
- in the case of a crisis or a difficult section, it is necessary to take another energy preparation after 20 minutes in order to balance the blood sugar level, e.g. Enervitene Sport Gel

PREPARATION
We recommend using energy gels as well as energy concentrates in our nutrition strategies and plans during performance. This is nothing new or revolutionary. But how to do it, for example, while riding a bicycle, in order to receive the necessary dose of energy as safely as possible? There are two possible ways, which we will now introduce you to in more detail:

1. consumption of concentrate or gel mixed into a drink
Probably the most optimal and, because of that, also often used, is mixing the concentrate or gel into a bottle of water. This solution is easy to implement, especially on a bicycle, when you can carry two bottles with you - in one you have the ionic drink Enervit G sport, which you drink every 10-15 minutes, in the other, a concentrate or gel dissolved in water, which you consume less often than an ion bottle (after 30-45 minutes).

2. consumption of concentrate or gel in original packaging
In this case, it is advisable to prepare the energy concentrate (Enervitene sport concentrate or Enervitene sport competition) in advance before the start, by unscrewing and then screwing back the cap of the concentrate, thus breaking the fuse for easier handling of the cap during the race.

A quick and intense "kick" that can really be felt. Thanks to the practical and safe packaging with a cap, the reception of one concentrate can be divided into several doses during the performance.

COMPOSITION
Water, fructose syrup (24.5%), maltodextrin (from corn) (22.8%), citric acid, aroma, caffeine (0.035% vg / 100 g; 100 g = 85 ml).
