The usual dosage is 2 times a day. The first dose (2 capsules) is taken on an empty stomach, in case of worse tolerance after a meal. During the period of use, increased fluid intake is appropriate. The second dose 30-60 minutes before exercise (3 capsules) is more suitable for exercises lasting up to 45 minutes, for longer exercises it is necessary to test tolerance, for exercises lasting more than one hour it may reduce performance. A large single dose may cause mild nausea or bloating. It is recommended to follow the instructions.
