How does it work?

1. Add the product you are interested in to your cart.
2. In the cart, for a given product, check the "Extended return of goods up to 100 days" service. You will see the fee for this service directly here, which always depends on the price and type of a specific product.
3. The service is activated immediately after payment of the order and the 100-day period begins the moment you receive your order.
4. If you want to return the goods, follow the standard procedure and do so within 100 days. We will refund your money or issue you a voucher - depending on your preference.

The “Extended Return” service does not change the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, but is a voluntarily provided extra service. As with the standard return period, the goods must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging. This service gives you more time to think about it and return it, it is not intended for testing the product. Thank you for respecting this.

As a standard, you can make a complaint about goods purchased from us within the statutory period of 24 months from the delivery of the goods. With the "Extended additional warranty +1 year" service, you will receive 1 additional year of protection after this 24-month period has expired.

The extended additional warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults of manufacturing origin, similar to the standard warranty.
