Thanks to hours of testing in the jet tunnel and real tests of the Team MTN Qhubeka stable, our technicians have created a new standard in aerodynamics - the Rival. The precisely shaped low profile of the helmet uses the Venturi effect for maximum air intake with minimum possible resistance. Through the channels inside the helmet, the heat is forced out through the rear vents and thus provides a great cooling effect. This model also has a sliding MIPS insert, which minimizes the rotational energy generated when falling on the head.
Created using state-of-the-art In-Mould Intelligent Fusion technology, this helmet utilizes precision fit with Safe-T Upsilon, antibacterial Coolmax padding and lightweight Air Lite straps.
Safe-T Upsilon
Tail fastening system, the task of which is to ensure that the helmet holds firmly on your head. Control dial on the back of the helmet for easy size adjustment with one hand. Great balance of weight and comfort. Thanks to a wider contact surface with better ventilation, the pressure acting on the head is evenly distributed and thus provides greater comfort. Possibility of vertical adjustment.
Air Lite tapes
Air Lite tapes are made with a revolutionary method of weaving polyester fibers, thanks to which they wick away sweat and provide high tensile strength at a lower weight.
Coolmax pads
The top-quality material ensures quick removal of sweat and its evaporation, which keeps your head dry and thus brings greater comfort.
In-Mould Fusion
The in-mould construction consists of outer polycarbonate, which is injected at high temperatures into usually gray or black polystyrene. The result is a helmet that will offer you the optimal ratio between weight, volume and absorption properties.
