Dobrý deň, viete mi povedať, ako riešiť reklamáciu / servis produktu ? Pokazilo sa mi spínacie/vypínacie tlačidlo. Baterka i akumulátor je v poriadku. V podmienkach od spoločnosti FENIX som našiel, že záruka na čelovky je 5 rokov, ktorá sa nevzťahuje iba na akumulátor, ktorý však nereklamujem.
