Fenix BC25R front light, 600 lm

I gradually went through a lot of lights and chose for a long time. I am really satisfied because:
0) price on my edge of sensitivity
1) very good durability of the first two (three) modes, in fact I don't charge every time like the previous no name Chinese product and from the battery status indicator you can really predict how much longer it will last
2) the first mode is really economical or for a slow MTB ride up in the forest, or a path along the embankment
3) the second one is enough for normal uncrushed driving
4) third for fast passages
5) the fourth already eats the battery quickly, I really only use it for rare night descents, where I am more afraid of the movement of animals than of visibility
6) holds up well on rallies
7) can be stored in a rucksack

Negative: cannot be charged with any charger I have at home. He only goes with the weakest. This is also a question of whether I have a defective piece. Because I am otherwise really satisfied with the product

From my own experience, I can say that it is the best light I have ever had, of course they are more expensive and better, but for this price I definitely recommend it to everyone, I even recommended the light to my friends and they also bought it, so far no one has said that they were not satisfied. .....
Perfect brightness, whether it's downhill or just around the city or outside the city or in the forest, I can really recommend probably the best light in fact ? it happened to me many times that when I was driving around the city, cars flashed at me because it was too strong for the drivers so I definitely recommend it.
As for the battery, it lasts a really long time, a little less than it says officially, but I can say that it has never failed me.
The battery indicator works perfectly And even if there is one stick and it's even flashing, I still have two hours or one to go... If anyone is looking at this review, don't hesitate at all and buy it right away ???

Dlho som sa rozhodoval ci kupit toto svetlo. Vsak to isto poznate blikacky stare ledky ktore sa davali do svetiel a hlavne tuzkove ci mikrotuzkove baterie. Dnes som sa bol s nim zoznamit i recenziu pisem da sa povedat 2 minuty po prijazde. V uplnej tme mi postacoval ten najslabsi rezim 2 stupen svietivosti je akurat zvysne 2 stupne sa daju pouzit ako dialkove . Uz sa tesim ako pojdem zase trasu zilina - kosice a toto svetlo bude mojou radostou v tme
Ak este vahas tak nevahaj oplati sa to. Po tej chvilke pouzivania zabudnes a budes aj nadavat na to kupovanie baterii do hnusnych malofunkcnych svietidiel..
Na MTB riadidlach uchytenie je bez problemov na cestaku ktory chodim ja vedla toho garmina je to trosku opruz ale ja to nejak vymyslim
PS: Prekvapilo ma ake je svetlo malicke a sikovne. A svetelny luc je velmi dobre sustredeny aj z bocnym rozptylom.

Great light. The weakest mode is good to be seen, but it doesn't light the way much. the second and third modes are fully sufficient for normal driving, boost mode for quiet off-road driving.
The workmanship and mount are very nicely done and look like they will last. The battery still holds +/- according to the table.

+The shaped cone of light perfectly illuminates the road.
+It does not cast sharp shadows on bumps and shines a little beyond the horizon.
+In fog, it does not illuminate the fog from the handlebars up, so it does not dazzle but "undershines" the fog.
It shines enough for commuting even on forest roads and light terrain, for some larger equipment it needs more or at least a headlamp.
A bit of a disadvantage is that the shaped beam is really cropped and in a really dark night/forest you can really only see where it shines and it doesn't illuminate properly, for example a climb (it has a cropped beam)

Svetlo je ideálna voľba či už na bežné chodenie do práce alebo dlhé bikepackingové výjazdý kedy je potrebné ísť v noci cez hustý les. Svetlo som skúšal na niekoľko dňovom výjazde kde slúžilo svelé.
Výhoda svetla je že má skosený vrch (nejedná sa o klasický obluk)ani raz sa mi nestalo aby mi oproti idúce autá blikali že ich osvetľujem na najsilnejšom režime. Taktiež sa mi veľmi páčili rezími svietenia kedy sa vždy dá nájsť postačujúci režim a indikátor batérie je skvelá funkcia.
Svetlo prežilo aj extrémne blato a obsluhu v blate, kedy bolo celé zašpinené, aj mokré a neubližilo mu to.
Jednoznačne odporúčam toto svetlo, ide o dobrý pomer ceny a kvality.

I'm thinking of taking one star down for charging. If I discharge the battery, e.g. only to 50% and let it recharge, so the charging indicator does not flash and apparently it is not even charging. I have to discharge the light completely before it starts charging. Can anyone confirm this?

Svetlo ma prijemny farebny odtien. Pekne zrezava do rovna hornu cast svetelneho kuzela. Takze sa na nastavit sklon cca 15st. aby neoslnovalo vodicov. Avsak taketo riesenie nebude vyhovovat tomu kto by chcel pripevnit svetlo zo spodu riadidiel.

Rezim blikania ma jednu intenzitu ale dostatocnu. Dve najsilnejsie intenzity bezne nevyuzivam. Dobra vlastnost je aj moznost vytocit svetlo do strany. Drziak ma okrem stredovej dve polohy do kazdej strany.

Vyhotovenie vratanienuchytenia svetla je kvalitne. Jedine som vsimol kozmeticku "vadu" a to ze strieborny lak na konci sa odrie a presvita spod neho povodny cierny plast.

The light is of high quality, the attachment is simple, fast and holds reliably. The brightness is completely sufficient, the optics are perfect, the light beam is very well shaped. It most strongly illuminates the road in front of you, but at the same time it also illuminates peripherally on the sides, which improves orientation in space. The manufacturer's durability data are realistic. I use it on road and gravel. Really great at the given price level.

Fénix = quality and reliability. A very good light that shines brilliantly. Completely sufficient on its own for the road, in the dark forest I supplement it with a powerful HM60R headlamp. The shape of the light cone, which does not dazzle oncoming traffic, is also suitable. It seems to me that now in the winter the battery life has decreased at the maximum level, but that is understandable. The construction is durable, but relatively light. It holds firmly on the bike, it can even be turned nicely to the sides. it's just a shame that it doesn't have USB-C. Otherwise, I can only recommend.

Svetlo je malé a ľahké, kupoval som na cesťák ale, dobre slúži aj na horský a gravel bicykel. Rozhodujúca pre mňa bola optika. Toto svetlo nesvieti oproti idúcim ľuďom do očí, lebo je z hora urezané, toto je výborná vlastnosť v meste a na frekventovaných cyklostrasách. Na druhej strane stále výborne svieti vpred a aj do strán. Samozrejme v lese, v úplnej tme, kde viem, že nikto oproti nepôjde, si svetlo krásne pridvihnem a mám fantastický záber aj hore.

Asi ako väčšina bikerov som prestriedal už x noname svetiel. Po tom, ako mi odišlo posledné svetlo, kt. bolo k bike-u, som si povedal, že idem do drahšieho. Po dlhom výbere som skúsil toto a veru neľutujem. Dnes svetlo nevozím len na bike, mám ho aj keď potrebujem prejsť po dvore a pod. Jazdené primárne na ceste - nikdy ma nenechalo - indikátor a výdrž veľmi obstojné. Najčastejšie používam 2. mód, sem tam mu pridám.

Svetlo krásne v noci osvieti vozovku, pritom nemá šancu oproti osvietiť. Do terénu sa v noci nepúšťam, ale dokážem si predstaviť, že by mi tam asi pomohlo pri normálnej jazde, ono zas to za tmy púšťať dole lesom na debila, to nie je o svetle, ale o tom ako má kto usporiadané v hlave.
Mínus ani nie je mínus, len to, že nasilnejší režim oproti predposlednému je iba zbytočné mrhanie energiou, ale rozdiel skoro nula.

Perfektne orezany kuzel pre pouzitie na ceste, do lesa je svetlo nevhodne. Svietivost je dostatocna aj na rychlejsie jazdy v najsilnejsom rezime. Velmi kvalitne prevedenie svetla aj jeho drziaku. Zial musel som prejst na BC26R kedze toto svetlo nema dostatocnu bateriu na dlhsie vyjazdy v zime. Ak by sa pocas svietenia pouzila powerbanka, svetlo sa automaticky prepne do najslabsieho rezimu.

Tvar optiky je veľkou prednosťou tohto spoľahlivého svetla, najmä zrezaný vrch smerom dole pridá viac svetla pred koleso a zároveň neoslepuje protiidúcich ako iné svetlá. Uchytenie na riadidlách je skutočne pevné a cca za päť eur sa dá dokúpiť držiak na prilbu čo zlepšuje osvetlenie v teréne, aj keď je toto svetlo vhodnejšie používať na rovnom, alebo mierne technickom teréne.

Po kúpe sady od kellysu a následného sklamania som po ľahkom páde začal riešiť kvalitnejšie svetlo. Zatiaľ je odskúšané iba na dvore, ale je mi jasné, že je to iný level. Spracovanie kvalitné vo všetkých detailoch. Svieti vynikajúco. Uchytenie je možné prispôsobiť rôznym šírkam riaditok. Skoro 50€ za svetlo je dosť, ale je to vyvážené kvalitou.

hodnotilo osem ľudí predo mno, takže už asi nevymyslím nič nové, môžem teda len potvrdiť, že ide o skvelé svetlo s dobrým pomerom cena/výkon, má dostatočnú výdrž, dobre "tvarovaný" svetelný kužeľ, svieti tam kde má, neosvetľuje protiidúcich. beriem ich kľudne aj do terénu, ak by bol však technickejší terén odporúčam doplniť čelovku.

I appreciate the quick assembly without tools and the quick grip when it is necessary to drop the light down. The light cone is cut from the upper part, which I would prefer not to be. Perfektné svetlo, za super cenu! Úžasná svietivosť, nie len na dochádzanie ale aj na samotné jazdenie. Môžem len doporučiť! Často sa mi stalo, že som si myslel, že mám maximálny svetelný tok a keď som chcel z “maximálneho” svetelného toku dať na nižší až vtedy som zapol maximálny svetelný tok. Svetlo svieti perfektne!!!!

Som prekvapeny z vykonu a svietivosti. Povodne som po tomto svetle ani nepozeral ale chlapi v mtbiker centre ma nahovorili a som rad. Netreba sa nechat odradit svietivostou 600lm, k s touto kvalitnou optikou ktora sposobuje siroky rozptyl aj daleku svietivost je lepsie ako svetla z ovela viac lm. Určite doporučujem.

Excellent light in the given price category.
