The Garmin inReach Messenger is a satellite communicator designed to keep you in touch with loved ones and home, wherever you are. The device offers 100% global coverage via the Iridium satellite system and is complemented by GPS. It features minimalist dimensions, low weight, durable construction, and waterproofness, making it suitable for use in any conditions. It enables communication anywhere on the globe, even in areas without GSM signal coverage, and provides automatic activity tracking. In case of an emergency, the inReach Messenger is ready to immediately send an emergency message to your contacts. There is also an SOS button to activate rescue services via the GEOS global rescue service, which operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. When paired with a smartphone using the Garmin Messenger app, you gain access to interactive communication and SOS safety services, with the app automatically selecting the best communication method (Wi-Fi®, GSM, or Iridium®).
