The Transfer Neo dropper post is fully supported by the Ride FOX Bike app. Riders have quick access to an overview of the Transfer Neo components, can download firmware updates, and activate useful features like Bike Park Mode, Transport Mode, and track service intervals.
- Bike Park Mode temporarily deactivates the lever, preventing accidental dropper post extension when riding primarily on downhill trails. Bike park riders no longer need to flip their wireless lever to the top of the handlebars to prevent accidental activation. This mode can be quickly deactivated by quickly pressing the lever four times or via the app.
- Transport Mode is designed to save battery power in Transfer Neo mode during bike transport (e.g., long car rides). When this mode is active, the Transfer Neo automatically shuts down with the "Shake to Wake" function disabled. To deactivate Transport Mode, drop the rear of the bike from a few meters above the ground (let it bounce) or simply remove and reinsert the battery.
