- Manual override if the battery in the lever dies - press and hold the pairing button on the lever until the LED turns white. Press again to deactivate.

Riders have quick access to an overview of Transfer Neo device components, can download firmware updates, and activate useful features like Bike Park Mode, Transport Mode, and track service intervals.
- Bike Park Mode temporarily deactivates the lever, preventing accidental post extension when riding primarily on downhill tracks.
Bike park riders no longer need to flip their wireless lever to the top of the handlebar to prevent accidental actuation. This mode can be quickly deactivated by a rapid four-click lever actuation or via the app.
- Transport Mode is designed to conserve battery power in the Transfer Neo while the bike is being transported (e.g., long car rides). When this mode is active, the Transfer Neo will automatically power down with the “Shake to Wake” feature disabled. To deactivate Transport Mode, drop the rear of the bike from a few feet off the ground (let it bounce) or simply remove and reinsert the battery.
