In certain disciplines of road cycling, single-chainring systems find application, for example in triathlon, time trials, or cyclocross - and it is precisely for them that Sram has developed a system with a single Aero chainring.
- The power meter features improved aerodynamics thanks to directly mounted aero chainrings with fully integrated power and a wider gear range, ideal for racing and flatter terrains. The unique shape of the chainring results in lower weight, increased stiffness, and durability. The integrated construction of the chainring significantly reduces weight.
- Power data is accurate within +/-1.5% and is not affected by climatic conditions during the ride.
- The powermeter measures right and left leg power balance.
