Riders have quick access to an overview of Transfer Neo components, can download firmware updates, and activate useful features like Bike Park Mode, Transport Mode, and track service intervals.
- Bike Park Mode temporarily deactivates the lever, preventing accidental post extension when riding primarily downhill trails. Bike park riders no longer need to flip their wireless lever to the top of the handlebar to prevent accidental actuation. This mode can be quickly deactivated by quickly pressing the lever four times or via the app.
- Transport Mode is designed to conserve battery power on the Transfer Neo during bike transport (e.g., long car rides). When this mode is active, the Transfer Neo will automatically shut down with the “Shake to Wake” function disabled. To deactivate Transport Mode, drop the rear of the bike from a few feet off the ground (let it bounce) or simply remove and reinsert the battery.
