FOX seal service kit for Transfer seatposts, 30.9/31.6 mm (2025+)
The original FOX Seal Kit (code 803-04-643) is designed for a complete overhaul of the new generation FOX Transfer telescopic seatposts from model year 2025 onwards. It allows you to restore the factory operation of the seatpost, eliminate unwanted play, pressure leakage, and slow extension, so the seatpost works smoothly and reliably again, even with intensive use.
Unlike basic service kits, this complete set also includes a pre-assembled Sealhead and a new piston, along with internal O-rings, wiper seals, and bushings. The seals are made from premium, very low-friction materials, ensuring sensitive lever response and long durability even in demanding muddy conditions. The kit is specifically designed for the new internal construction of FOX Transfer 2025+ seatposts and is not backward compatible with older models up to 2024.
