FOX Float X Live Valve Neo seal service kit, 2027+
The original FOX Seal Kit (code 803-04-712) is designed for a complete overhaul, service, and resealing of the hydraulic damping cartridge of FOX Float X Live Valve Neo rear shocks from model year 2027 onwards. It includes all essential internal sealing components needed to restore the factory performance of the electronically controlled shock absorber and maintain its rapid response even under high loads.
The kit is developed for the Live Valve Neo wireless system, which requires extremely fast reaction of hydraulic valves to sensor signals. Premium materials for O-rings, wiper seals, and diaphragms minimize friction, maintain 100% sealing under high pressure, and prevent oil from mixing with nitrogen. Due to the technical complexity, the manufacturer recommends entrusting the complete service and hydraulic filling to an authorized FOX service center.
This service kit is exclusively for the damping cartridge of Float X Live Valve Neo 2027+ models and is not compatible with standard mechanical FOX Float X shocks, older Live Valve systems, or DHX2/X2 shocks.
