We perform all warranty services in MTBIKER stores after personal delivery or after sending the bike (or its part) by courier.

- The bicycle is assembled, inspected and adjusted (front and rear derailleur, shock, fork, wheels,...)

- If you order a bike for in-person pick-up or home delivery, the bike will be waiting for you assembled and checked
- If you order a bicycle via courier to your home address, the following must be done at home:
- Take the bike out of the box and carefully remove safety material and foils
- Mount handlebar to stem (1 minute, 4 or 5 mm hex hey is needed).
- Mount front wheel to fork (1 minute, without the need of any tools if the bike has a quick release).
- Loosen the screws in the headset, straighten the stem with the front wheel, tighten the upper screw on the fork and then tighten the headset (2 minutes, 4 or 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Mount the pedals to the cranks while lubricating the thread and carefully mounting it the right way (1 minute, 8 mm hex key or 15 mm wrench).
- Mount seat post to frame (10 seconds, without needing any tools if the frame has a quick link).
- Inflate the tires or fork and shock to desired pressure (2 minutes, pump needed).

- Go for a test drive! Handle your bicycle carefully until you get used to it. If the bike has disc brakes, their performance will be limited from now on - they will gain their full power after 4-5 strong brakes at higher speed.

After a few rides, I can rate the bike positively, comfortable ride, nice design and quality overall impression of the bike. The only negative is that the seat post broke while driving. When taking it in person, I asked if the paste was used for the seatposts (but it was about one centimeter), after the actual greasing it doesn't crack anymore (but that has nothing to do with the bike). After driving over bumps, the bowdens in the frame sometimes bang. I like the color of the frame, which looks black in the photo and is actually a dark green metallic and looks very nice in the sun.
Po pár jazdách bicykel môžem hodnodiť pozitívne, komfortná jazda, pekný dizajn a kvalitný celkový dojem z bicykla. Jediné negatívum, že sedlovka pri jazde pukala. Pri osobnom prevzatí som sa informoval či bola použitá pasta na sedlovky (bola ale asi tak jeden centimeter), po skutočnom namazaní už nepuká (to ale nemá súvis s bicyklom). Po prejazde nerovností občas buchnú bowdeny v ráme. Mne sa páči farba rámu, ktorá na fotke vyzerá ako čierna a v skutočnosti je to tmavozelená metalíza a na slnku je veľmi pekná.
