I admit, I had respect, after all, only 220 euros for a jacket is not a cheap joke, because there are also cheaper ones, but I secretly believed that it was worth the money... I took the convertible version on purpose to have a 2 in 1, perfetto and gabba

I took her on my first trip today, barely 10 degrees and quite unpleasant and very cold wind... until then I went on such trips dressed in one thin, one warm layer and on top of that an insulated jersey (one of those cheap ) and I was able to come out of the exit feeling pretty cold, since it didn't breathe through the 3 layers and you sweated a lot, so every (however short) descent was very unpleasant and I'll be honest, I was afraid for my lungs...
to tell you the truth, after this jacket arrived, I went on my first trip with a little soul... after all, the jacket is so thin and light that I thought that it probably couldn't be true that it works like this and that it's rather marketing... and although the conditions were as described above and my mind told me to dress more, I risked it - I only put on one thicker long t-shirt (nothing special - "thermo" from Lidl) and this jacket on top - I was shocked that it was really true... at that moment I said to myself that I don't regret even a euro... I didn't come away cold at all from the trip, I wasn't afraid that I would catch a cold, it's just great... I've been buying so far some cheaper stuff from lidl and the like, but I can see that versus picking up x different new long cycling jackets from lidl, (because hopefully this next one will be better) and buying a proper one instead is a better option

if someone is worried about the fit - it's narrower, for sure... but I'm still far from an athletic figure (194 cm/97-98 kg), I took XL and it's fine... you just have to be familiar with it that it's actually cut "on the body," so that the material works better and it should be your "second skin" - I was a little afraid of the zippers on the sleeves, that it wouldn't print, but they're cool... you can wear this the jacket initially feels a little strange when standing normally level, but after leaning into the riding position suddenly everything fits where it should

priznám sa, mal som rešpekt, predsa len 220 eur za bundu nie je lacný špás, veď sú aj lacnejšie, ale tajne som veril, že za tie peniaze sa to oplatí... zobral som naschvál convertible verziu, aby som mal 2v1, perfetto a gabbu

zobral som ju dnes na prvý výjazd, ledva 10 stupňov a celkom nepríjemný a veľmi studený vietor... dovtedy som chodil na takéto výjazdy oblečený tak, že som mal jednu tenkú, jednu teplú vrstvu a na nej ešte zateplený dres (jeden z tých lacných) a vedel som prísť z výjazdu dosť uzimený, keďže cez tie 3 vrstvy to nedýchalo a človek sa celkom spotil a teda každý (hoci krátky) zjazd bol veľmi nepríjemný a poviem úprimne, bál som sa o svoje priedušky...
pravdupovediac po tom, čo táto bunda prišla, išiel som na prvý výjazd s malou dušičkou... predsa len tá bunda je taká tenká a ľahučká, že som si povedal, že to snáď nemôže byť pravda aby to takto fungovalo a že je to skôr marketing... a hoci boli podmienky ako popisujem vyššie a môj rozum mi hovoril, aby som sa obliekol viac, riskol som to - obliekol som si iba jedno hrubšie dlhé tričko (nič špeci - "termo" z lidlu) a na vrch túto bundu - bol som v šoku, že to naozaj bola pravda... v tej chvíli som si povedal, že neľutujem ani euro... z výjazdu som neprišiel vôbec uzimený, nebál som sa, že prechladnem, prosto paráda... doteraz som kupoval nejaké lacnejšie veci z lidlu a podobne, ale vidím, že naproti možnosti zobrať x rôznych nových dlhých cyklistických búnd z lidlu, (lebo snáď táto ďalšia bude lepšia) a namiesto toho kúpiť jednu poriadnu je lepšia voľba

ak sa niekto bojí strihu - je to užšie, určite... ja však zatiaľ mám od atletickej postavy ďaleko (194 cm/97-98 kg), bral som XL a je to v pohode... len musíte byť stotožnení s tým, že je to fakt strih "na telo," aby ten materiál lepšie pracoval a mala by to byť vaša "druhá koža" - bál som sa trochu zipsov na rukávoch, či to nebude tlačiť, avšak sú v pohode... človek sa v tejto bunde spočiatku cíti trochu divne keď stojí normálne vyrovnaný, avšak po sklonení sa do jazdeckej pozície zrazu všetko sedí tam, kde má

I will also add my experience, maybe I can help someone. There have been various reviews and contributions here, and I would like to confirm some facts. Those who drive regularly and year-round will appreciate it the most. It is suitable for both Road and XC/MTB. In my opinion, it is a useless investment for low-intensity physical activity or excursion/occasional cyclists, but everything is possible if the size and layering are correct. I bought it after the winter season, but the extremely cold April at temperatures of 3-7 degrees justifies its use during 3 seasons. However, it is necessary to learn to combine the lower layers appropriately and especially to observe the cut, which must fit the body. I wear everything L from Castelli, it fits me according to the chart (181cm, 72-75kg), but with this jacket I went to XL to have room for the bottom layer, or two in winter and snow. I'm also currently combining it with the short Craft Active Intensity, but since the jacket doesn't fit me perfectly everywhere, it has its disadvantages in extremely strong wind (which would be solved by another thin layer). Therefore, try the sizes in the riding position and stick to the table size as much as possible (it has its meaning), although most owners went for a higher number. Sportier body types (wider chest and shoulders/biceps) will have a disadvantage, because the jacket will be a little looser in the waist, but this can be made up for with the mentioned additional layers. I also tried size L before winter and it was extremely uncomfortable, sometimes even short. The military green color is even more beautiful than the name and is perfect for fighting the wind on the dam as well as on XC and in the forest.

Pridam svoje skusenosti aj ja, snad niekomu pomozu. Vyskytli sa tu rozne recenzie a prispevky a rad by som potvrdil niektore fakty. Ti, ktori jazdia pravidelne a celorocne, ju ocenia najviac. Je vhodna aj pre Road aj pre XC/MTB. Pre nizku intenzitu fyzickej aktivity alebo vyletnych/obcasnych cyklistov je to podla mna zbytocna investicia, ale vsetko sa da, ak je spravna velkost a vrstvenie. Kupoval som ju az po zimnej sezone, ale mimoriadne chladny april pri teplotach 3-7st dava za pravdu pouzitiu pocas 3 sezon. Je vsak nutne naucit sa vhodne kombinovat spodne vrstvy a najma dodrzat strih, ktory musi byt na telo. Ja nosim od Castelli vsetko L, sedi mi to aj podla tabulky (181cm, 72-75kg), avsak pri tejto bunde som isiel do XL, aby som mal priestor na spodnu vrstvu, pripadne dve v zime a snehu. Tiez to kombinujem aktualne s kratkym Craft Active Intensity, ale nakolko mi bunda nedolieha vsade uplne tesne, ma to v extremne silnom vetre svoje nevyhody (co by vyriesila dalsia tenka vrstva). Preto skusajte velkosti v jazdeckej pozicii a co najviac sa drzte tabulkovej velkosti, ak je to mozne (ma to svoj vyznam), hoci vacsina majitelov isla do vyssieho cisla. Sportovejsie typy postav (sirsi hrudnik a ramena/bicepsy) budu mat nevyhodu, lebo v pase bude bunda trochu volnejsia, ale to sa da dohnat spominanymi dodatocnymi vrstvami. Ja som skusal pred zimou aj vel.L a bola mi extremne nekomfortna, miestami az kratka. Farba military green je nazivo este krajsia a perfektne sa hodi aj na boj s vetrom na hradzi aj na XC a do lesa.

XL = my height 192 cm, 85 kg, chest circumference 93 cm, waist 93 and hips 97 cm, biceps circumference 32 cm, it fits perfectly, I had the feeling that it was a little short for the length in the front, but after bending into the cycling position, it's okay.

The removable sleeves are easy to remove but will be more difficult to put on, maybe it's a matter of habit but the first time I couldn't put it on myself.
I haven't tested the functionality yet, depending on the weather.

EDIT: 5 tested on trips, temperature 18 degrees but cold wind, thermal bottom layer -> side pockets unzipped, upper zipper about 5 cm from the top, after walking 20 km everything was dry under the jacket and I was not cold at all. With the strong wind, I didn't even feel the cold.

14 degrees also only the bottom layer, everything can be regulated nicely, also in the dry.
I recommend 10/10. I see the biggest advantage in the variability, the side pockets are great. It's a perfect thing and worth the money!

XL= moja výška 192cm, 85 kg, obvod hrudníku 93cm, pás 93 a boky 97 cm ,obvod bicepsu 32 cm, sedí to perfektne, trošku som mal pocit že je to prikrátke na dĺžku zpredu ale po zohnutí do cyklo pozície je to okej.

Odnímateľné rukávy sú ľahko odnímateľné ale budú sa ťažšie nasadzovať, možno je to o zvyku ale prvýkrát som to sám nemohol nasdadiť.
Funkčnosť ešte som neskúšal, podľa počasia.

EDIT: 5 odskúšaná na výjadzoch, teplota 18 stupnov ale studený vietor, termo spodná vrsta-> bočné vrecká rozopnuté, horný zips asi 5 cm zvrchu, po prejdení 20 km všetko suché pod bundou a vôbec mi nebola zima. Pri silnom vetre ani som necítil chlad.

14 stupňov tiež iba spodná vrstva, všetko sa dá pekne regulovať, tiež v suchu.
Odporúčam 10/10. Najväčšiu výhodu vidím vo variabilite, bočné vrecká sú super. Je to perfektná vec a hodné tých peňazí!

The jacket is great, it doesn't blow or get wet, and in temperatures around zero, if I wasn't lazy, it was mostly possible to keep up with a Flanders warm/neck and a thin artificial t-shirt. On the descent, however, it was no longer enough and I could feel the cold wind on my arms and neck, which I was not well protected, only my torso was ok. So it would need a thicker layer underneath. But there is already a bit of a problem, because the sleeves are very tight. I met the Mko according to the table, I also took the L for comparison to be sure, and finally I will return the Mko. For a while, I also considered changing the L to an XL (it was tight under the armpits), but even the L was already looser in the waist. It would be a little wider on the chest. If you have a larger chest or arms, it may not fit. I don't know if in the end it helped me lose less than two kilos or if the jacket stretched a little during testing, but I don't feel this problem anymore (the thicker layer will be questionable). I didn't even think about it while driving. Of course, you have to try it in the riding position, it sits differently than when a person is upright.

Bunda je super, neprefúkne, ani nepremokne a pri teplote okolo nuly, ak som nelenošil, sa to väčšinou dalo vydržať s Flanders warm/neck a tenkým tričkom z umeliny. Pri zjazde to ale už nestačilo a bol cítiť chladný vietor na rukách a krku, ktorý som nemal dobre chránený, jediné torzo bolo ok. Takže by to chcelo silnejšiu vrstvu pod to. Tam ale už nastáva trocha problém, pretože rukávy sú veľmi tesné. Tabuľkovo som splňoval Mko, zobral som pre istotu aj L pre porovnanie a nakoniec budem vracať Mko. Chvíľu som zvažoval aj výmenu L za XL (škrtilo pod pazuchami), ale aj to Lko bolo už v pase voľnejšie. Na hrudníku by to chcelo o malinko širšie. Kto má objemnejší hrudník alebo ruky, tak mu to nemusí sadnúť. Neviem či mi nakoniec pomohlo necelé dve kilá zhodiť alebo sa bunda testovaním trocha roztiahla, ale už tento problém nepociťujem (otázna bude ta hrubšia vrstva). Pri jazdení som si na to ani nespomenul. Samozrejme treba vyskúšať v jazdeckej polohe, inak sedí, než keď je človek vzpriamený.

I didn't believe the reviews here and I put on a thin merino shirt and a thin thermal shirt. After 15 minutes, it went into the backpack and stayed there. Up the hill (mostly in the shade, sun only here and there) I had to unbutton my jacket, I think a short sleeve would have been enough, but the comfort was incredible. For the descent (approx. 20 km from an altitude of 1,300 m), I put on an ultra light against the wind just to be sure, but I think it would be fine without it, or just a vest would be enough. No feeling of cold, nothing, and my mouth and nose were completely stiff from the winter. I'm 176 cm and 71 kg, I took the size M, but I changed it to L (I didn't stretch my biceps at all, L is just right, I probably need to exercise less ), it fits me exactly, maybe a little stretch on my stomach. I highly recommend it.

Neveril som tunajsim recenziam a obliekol som si na tielko a tenke termo tricko este tenke merino. Po 15 minutach islo do ruksaku a tam uz aj ostalo. Do kopca (prevazna cast v tieni, slnko len sem-tam) som musel bundu rozopinat, myslim ze by pod nu stacil aj kratky rukav, komfort bol ale neuveritelny. Na zjazd (cca 20 km z nadmorskej vysky 1.300 m) som si dal pre istotu ultra light proti vetru, ale myslim ze by to bolo v pohode aj bez neho, alebo by stacila len vesta. Ziadny pocit chladu, nic a to som mal od zimy uplne stuhnute usta a nos. Mam 176 cm a 71 kg, zobral som povodne M, ale menil som za L (M som vobec nenatiahol na bicepsy, L je tak akurat, asi musim menej cvicit ), to mi sedi presne, mozno trochu odstava na bruchu. Maximalne odporucam.

There is no need to be afraid of the winter at the beginning of the trip, a person will automatically warm up by moving. Such a double combination is ideal for maintaining "operating temperature" and above all for effective sweat removal. I didn't freeze or come home wet. This morning the temperature was -6°C, over a 4-hour trip, I wasn't cold, and I arrived dry. As for the size, you need to stick to the size chart. I took L, chest circumference 102-103cm (height 184cm, it is not in the table, as it is not that important), it fits me perfectly. However, it is special cycling clothing, that must be taken into account, do not try it on as normal clothing. First, it has to fit the body for functionality, and it fits perfectly when you are in the riding position (leaning forward, with your arms on your forearms).

100% funkčný kúsok. Pri teplotách nad nulou si pod túto bundu dávam Craft Active Intensity, keď mrzne, Warm Intensity. Nič viac. Netreba sa zľaknúť zimy na začiatku výjazdu, pohybom sa človek automaticky zohreje. Takáto dvojkombinácia je ideálna pre udržanie "prevádzkovej teploty", a predovšetkým pre efektívny odvod potu. Nestalo sa mi, že by som vymrzol, alebo prišiel domov mokrý. Dnes ráno teplota -6°C, vyše 4hod.výjazd, nebola mi zima, a došiel som suchý. Čo sa týka veľkosti, treba sa držať veľkostnej tabuľky. Ja som bral L, obvod hrudníka 102-103cm (výška 184cm, nie je v tabuľke, nakoľko nie je až taká dôležitá), sedí mi perfektne. Je to však špeciálne cyklistické oblečenie, to treba brať do úvahy, neskúšať si ho ako bežné oblečenie. Jednak musí priliehať na telo kvôli funkčnosti, a sedí ideálne, keď ste v jazdeckej pozícii (v predklone, s predpaženými rukami).

I have a Sportful fiandre light no rain jacket, but it is for higher temperatures. When it was cold, I wore a sleeveless tank top plus pullovers, Sportful mentioned, but I felt the cold on my shoulder joints. This jacket solved it perfectly.
I started driving it when it was around 3-7 degrees mostly on MTB, I have nothing to add. Real thermal comfort. At 15, I took off the sleeves, while the shoulder joints remained nicely protected.
The sleeves are a little worse to put on, basically you have to take off the jacket, but that's with every piece like that.
I'm still wearing Craft Active Intensity and a sleeveless tank top under my jacket. I dare say that in a mild winter (Bratislava) it is a three-season jacket.

Mam bundicku Sportful fiandre light no rain, ale ta je do vyssich teplot. Ked bolo chladno, mal som natelnik bez rukavov plus navleky, na to spominany Sportful, avsak citil som chlad na ramennych klboch. Tato bunda to dokonale vyriesila.
Zacal som ju vozit ked bolo okolo 3-7 stupnov prevazne na MTB, nemam co dodat. Skutocny tepelny komfort. Pri 15 som dal dole rukavy, pricom ramenne klby ostali pekne chranene.
Trocha horsie sa rukavy nasadzuju , v podstate treba bundu vyzliect, ale to pri kazdom takom kusku.
Pod bundou zatial nosim Craft Active intensity a natelnik bez rukavov. Dovolim si tvrdit, ze pri miernej zime (Bratislava) je to trojsezonna bunda.

Great, it really works very well. It has quite narrow sleeves, but it's fine on my parched hands. It is questionable whether it was worth it for me to buy this model with removable sleeves, but only time will tell. The only drawback is the price.

For 189 cm / 75 kg, I ended up buying size L. The sleeves are long enough, I fit into it and it's not loose, but it's a little shorter on the back for my taste. Size XL seemed a bit loose to me. I originally tried in several layers of loose civilian clothes (on a colder day), the L was small then, but I'm not that dressed up on the bike.

Paráda, naozaj funguje veľmi dobre. Má pomerne úzke rukávy, ale na moje vyschnuté ruky je to v pohode. Otázne je, či sa mi oplatilo kupovať tento model s odmontovateľnými rukávmi, ale to ukáže čas. Jediná nevýhoda je tá cena.

Pre 189 cm / 75 kg som nakoniec kúpil veľkosť L. Rukávy sú dostatočne dlhé, vojdem sa do nej a nie je mi voľná, na môj vkus je však trochu kratšia na chrbáte. Veľkosť XL sa mi zdala už trochu voľná. Pôvodne som skúšal vo viacerých vrstvách voľného civilného oblečenia (v chladnejšom dni), vtedy mi L bola malá, ale na bicykli nie som tak naobliekaný.

On the uphills, the jacket ventilated beautifully, and on the downhills, I normally felt the air bursting in my chest. She kept me warm and dry. The only problem I had after 5 hours in the saddle was that I could already feel the fingers on my hands from the wet gloves during the descents. I recommend this drum. With high-quality thermal underwear, a jersey and this jacket, you can travel in Bratislava 95% of the year without problems.

Ultimatny kus oblecenia. Po dlhsom vahani som sa tiez odhodlal zaplatit taku sumu za cyklisticku bundu ale nelutujem ani cent. Hned prvy vyjazd pod 10 stupnov, vietor aj slabsi dazd. Same vyjazdy a zjazdy. Pri vujazdoch bunda krasne odvetravala a pri zjazdoch som normalne citil ako sa mi na hrudi rozraza vzduch. Drzala ma v teple a suchu. Jediny problem som mal po 5 hodinach v sedle, ze som uz pri zjazdoch citil prsty na rukach pre mokre rukavice. Odporucam tuto bunbu. S kvalitnym termopradlom, dresom a touto bundou odjazdite v Bratislave 95% roka bez problemov.

I recommend trying it, the cut is very sporty, I tried with and without an insulated jersey to wear it even in lower temperatures. The sleeve is more difficult to put on over the joint when undressing, but in the place where the zipper is there is a widened hem, which the jacket can be easily grabbed with the other hand and pulled over the joint and then taken off, you just have to find the right procedure. Although it is a procedure, it is better than damaging the jacket.

Komplet windstopper vpredu a aj na chrbte, predná časť zateplená, vzadu viac strečová, na bokoch odvetranie cez zips, vysoký golier neškrie a neškrtí. Odporúčam vyskúšať, strih je veľmi športový, ja som skúšal s aj bez zatepleného dresu aby som ju mal aj do nižších teplôt. Rukáv sa ťažšie prevleká cez kĺb pri vyzliekaní, ale v mieste kde je zips je rozšírený lem, za ktorý sa dá bunda ľahko uchopiť druhou rukou a prevliecť cez kĺb a následne vyzliecť, stačí nájsť ten správny postup. Je to síce procedúra ale lepšie ako poškodiť bundu.

Unfortunately, mine has already fallen, fortunately the material is of really good quality and the jacket does not bear any marks from the fall.
