Castelli BETA RoS Jacket
This thin jacket provides an effective barrier against wind and spray while offering a surprising amount of warmth, so much so that it is so light and stretchy you'll barely notice it. A race fit, focused on performance during fast autumn and spring rides in any terrain.As summer turns to autumn, we still have a few months of great riding ahead. But we have to start dressing warmer, and we miss the freedom of wearing just a jersey. That's why Castelli made this jacket. They used the lightest, stretchiest fabrics to create a jacket that blocks most wind, remains highly breathable, and offers an exceptionally high level of water protection. And it basically disappears on you, so you won't even notice it.
It's a performance piece and the manufacturer has put all their effort into designing it. They haven't added anything unnecessary, unless you consider the large reflective panel on the back unnecessary. They gave it a close-fitting cut so it won't flap in the wind, which also helps the jacket retain more warmth. The pockets are generous and easily accessible, the zipper is easy to move, and the logos are discreet
