It uses Ristretto technology, is quite elastic and can be worn over a jersey, but it won't hang on you even if you wear it just over a jersey. For better waterproofing, the seams are taped and there is an elasticated hem at the wrists and waist. A reflective strip on the back will enhance visibility.
