Together with the Ineos Grenadiers team, Castelli decided to create better seamless arm sleeves. Others available on the market are made using a nylon/Lycra® blend that tends to retain moisture. Better moisture control can be achieved using polyester yarn. However, working with polyester makes it difficult to get the right elasticity and compression of the knit. It took them a year longer than they thought, but it was worth it. These sleeves have become popular among riders because they are extremely light and warm at the same time, and yet will not cause overheating in milder conditions. They're so flexible you can barely feel them, but when folded, they take up a fraction of the space you'd normally need to store in your pocket.

obvod stehien ste merali v ktorej časti? V najširšej, resp. cca. v polovici stehien?
Každopádne z uvedených parametrov by sme odporúčali menšiu z veľkostí, t.j. S/M.

tak v tom prípade skôr väčšiu veľkosť - ale samozrejme ťažko radiť pri takomto type oblečenia s absolútnou istotou.

I would call them sock-stocking-knitted gaiters. That probably says the most about the shape and material, they are gaiters for colder weather when it is already cold for bare feet and short socks. But they are not for real winter, it is a knitted material to protect the skin and slightly increase thermal comfort in colder weather. You need to choose the right temperature range for which you will use them and you will be satisfied. In my opinion, they are only suitable for the road, with MTB or gravel there is a high risk of damage.
Nazval by som ich ponoškové-punčochové-pletené návleky. To vypovedá asi najviac o tvare a materiáli, sú to návleky do chladnejšieho počasia kedy už na holé nohy a krátke gate je zima. Niesú ale do reálnej zimy, je to taký úpletový materiál na ochranu pokožky a mierne zvýšenie teplotného komfortu v chladnejšom počasí. Treba správne zvoliť teplotný rozsah na aký ich budete využívať a budete spokojný. Podľa mňa vhodné len na cestu, pri MTB či gravel veľké riziko poškodenia.

After the initial shock that this is a L/XL, I surprisingly fit into them (186cm/75kg). Very comfortable and light. A larger individual, but may have a problem with the size.
