Shimano derailleur limit screw.

When using a 42t cog with a Shimano derailleur, this derailleur screw must be installed.

This longer B-screw is not needed with a GoatLink. When using larger cogs, a GoatLink is recommended for your Shimano derailleur as it will improve the long-term shifting and drivetrain life. Make sure you have a compatible derailleur according to the GoatLink product page details.
