Včera 19.10.2022 som si prevzal zásielku 614788. Zásielka mimo iné obsahovala aj 2 ks týchto kladiek.
V skoršej komunikácii som sa chcel ubezpečiť, že kladky sú osadené PRESNÝMI ložiskami, nakoľko ložiská, ktoré sú osadené na prehadzovačke od výrobcu sú (podľa môjho chápania) KLZNÉ.
Vy sami uvádzate v popise kladiek pre prehadzovačku XT RD M8000, že obsahujú presné ložiská. V týchto kladkách sú osadené ZAPÚZDRENÉ PRIEMYSELNÉ ložiská a ja som chcel (ako aj uvádzam v našej predošlej korešpondencii) a myslel som, že aj dostanem, PRÁVE TAKÉTO LOŽISKÁ ( o čom ste ma aj vy ubespečili, že sa múžem spoľahnúť)..
Bohatam, ja som sa spoľahol ! A tu ho máš - sú tam presne tie ložiská, čo som nechcel !
KDE SA STALA CHYBA ?!?
Čo sú to teda presné ložiská? A len tak pre úplnosť mi zadefinujte NEPRESNÉ ložiská, pretože podľa mňa, ako laika, sa ložská základne delia na VALIVÉ a KLZNÉ. Jasné, že je tam kopa podskupín, ale tak zásadný rozdiel by ste mali v popise komponentu uviesť na pravú mieru úplným a podrobným popisom, vylučujúcim TAKÉTO a podobné nedorozumenia..
