WARNING
- Do not disassemble or modify the product. It may cause the product to not operate correctly, and you may fall unexpectedly and suffer serious injury.
- If you are unsure of how to adjust the pins on the pedals, consult with the place of purchase or a distributor.
- Lift your feet off the pedals and move them to the side to release them from the pedals. Place one foot firmly on the ground and practice putting the other foot on and taking it off the pedal until you are used to the action. Otherwise, you may fall and suffer serious injury. If you are unable to perform this action, use the product with the spacers installed or with short pins replaced.
