Shimano XT SL-M8200 shifting

The Shimano XT SL-M8200-IR RAPIDFIRE PLUS shift lever is designed for fast gear changes even in demanding conditions such as technical sections and steep climbs. The sophisticated ergonomics of the lever with a shorter stroke, optimized angle and precise shifting feel ensure comfortable and intuitive operation. Thanks to RAPIDFIRE PLUS, INSTANT RELEASE, 2-WAY RELEASE and MULTI RELEASE technologies, gear changes are particularly fast and precise. The I-SPEC EV mount allows direct integration with compatible Shimano brake levers, contributing to a clutter-free cockpit.
