- Be sure to read this information together with the seat post instructions, and be sure to understand the seat height adjustment mechanism. Careless lever operation could cause the seat to drop suddenly, possibly causing a fall and serious injury.
- Before attempting to adjust the seat height while riding, be sure to become thoroughly familiar with the adjustment mechanism. Otherwise, your feet may slip off the pedals, possibly causing you to fall and be seriously injured. You should first ride slowly on a safe, level surface and practice adjusting the seat height thoroughly until you can do so safely without your feet slipping off the pedals.
