- Use the specified charging cable when charging the battery. Using any other item may lead to fire, overheating, leakage, or damage to the connected PC.
- Prevent the charging cable from getting wet, and do not touch or hold it when it is wet or with wet hands. Failure to do so may cause operating problems or electric shock.
- Use an AC adapter with a USB port with a voltage of 5.0 V DC and a current value of at least 0.5 A DC. If you use an adapter with a current value of less than 0.5 A, the AC adapter may heat up and cause fire, smoking, heating, damage, electric shock, or burns.
- Do not heat the battery or throw it into a fire. Failure to do so may cause the battery to catch fire or burst.
- Do not use or leave the battery in hot or humid places where the battery may be exposed to direct sunlight, in a closed vehicle on a hot day, or near a heater. Failure to do so may cause leakage, overheating, or bursting, resulting in fire, burns, or other injuries.
- Do not disassemble or modify the battery; also, do not directly apply solder to the battery terminals. Failure to do so may cause leakage, overheating, or bursting, resulting in fire, burns, or other injuries.
- Do not allow metal terminals to come into contact with metal objects such as hairpins. Failure to do so may cause short-circuiting, overheating, burns, or other injuries.
- If fluid leaking from the battery gets into your eyes, immediately rinse the affected area with water without rubbing your eyes, and then seek medical attention. Failure to do so may cause blindness.
WARNING
- Do not disassemble or modify the product. It may cause the product to not operate correctly, and you may fall unexpectedly and be seriously injured.
- Before riding the bicycle, check that the crank arms are not cracked. If there are any cracks, the crank arm may break and you may fall off the bicycle.
- Be careful not to get parts of your clothing caught in the chain during riding, otherwise you may fall off the bicycle.
- Always grasp the cable plug when connecting or disconnecting the charging cable. Failure to do so may result in fire or electric shock.
- Do not leave this product in an environment with extremely high temperature, such as in a closed vehicle on a hot day, or near a heater. This may cause the built-in battery to explode, or flammable liquid or gas to leak from it.
- Do not subject this product to extremely low air pressure. This could cause the built-in battery to explode, or flammable liquid or gas to leak from it. Air transport of this product is not a problem.
- If the following symptoms occur, stop using the device and contact the place of purchase. Fire or electric shock may occur.
* If pungent smoke comes out of the power plug or the plug is hot.
* There may be a poor connection inside the power plug.
- If there is thunder during charging with an AC adapter with a USB port, do not touch the device, bicycle, or AC adapter. Electric shock may occur due to lightning strikes.
- Do not use a USB hub to connect the cable to the PC's USB port. Charging failure or fire may occur due to overheating.
- Be careful not to damage the charging cable. Do not damage them, modify them, forcibly bend, twist, or stretch them, place them near hot objects, place heavy objects on them, or tie them tightly together. If used in a damaged state, fire, electric shock, or short circuit may occur.
- If the battery is not fully charged after 4 hours of charging, stop charging. Failure to do so may cause fire, bursting, or overheating.
- When disposing of this product, follow all federal, state, and local environmental regulations, as it contains a battery. Disposal of this product in a fire or hot oven, or mechanically crushing or cutting it, may result in an explosion of the built-in battery.
- Do not immerse the product in fresh or salt water, etc., and prevent the terminals from getting wet. Failure to do so may cause fire, bursting, or overheating.
- Do not use the battery outside of the specified operating temperature ranges. If the battery is used or stored at temperatures outside of these ranges, fire, injury, or operating problems may occur. The operating temperature ranges are as follows.
1. During discharge: -10 °C – 50 °C
2. During charging: 0 °C – 45 °C
- Do not subject the product to strong impact or throw it. Failure to do so may cause bursting, overheating, or operating problems.
- Do not use the battery if it shows leakage, discoloration, deformation, or other abnormal signs. Failure to do so may cause bursting, overheating, or operating problems.
- If leaking fluid gets on your skin or clothing, immediately clean it with clean water. The leaked fluid may damage the skin.
- Keep the magnet supplied with this product away from magnetic cards, medical devices, inspection instruments, etc. This may cause data loss or malfunction.
CAUTION
- Be careful not to touch the gear teeth. There is a possibility of injury.
- Store in a safe place out of reach of small children to prevent accidental swallowing.
- This product contains a powerful magnet and should be handled with care. There is a risk of catching and injuring your hand or fingers.
- Prevent grease from adhering to the metal terminals. This may cause conduction failure.
- Do not leave the charging cable connected during maintenance.
