- Do not disassemble or modify the product. It may cause the product to not operate correctly, and you may fall unexpectedly and be seriously injured.
- If you are not confident in how to adjust the pins on the pedals, consult with the place of purchase or a distributor.
- Lift your feet off the pedals and move them to the side to release them from the pedals. Place one foot firmly on the ground and practice putting the other foot on and taking it off the pedal until you get used to the action. Otherwise, you may fall and be seriously injured. If you cannot perform this action, use the product with spacers installed or short pins replaced.
- Wear clothing and protectors that are appropriate for the way you ride the bicycle. Because the cleats are very long, they may cause serious injury if they come into contact with your skin.
- Reflectors must be installed on the bicycle whenever riding on public roads.
- If the reflectors are dirty or damaged, do not continue riding the bicycle. Otherwise, it will be difficult for oncoming vehicles to spot you.
